Is this certificate genuine?
Every certificate from Polio LMS carries a QR code and a number. Scan the code with your phone camera, or type the number here, to check it against our register in seconds.
Check a certificate
Have the certificate in hand? Point your phone camera at its QR code. It opens this page with the answer.
How it works
Three steps, no account needed
Scan or type
Scan the QR code on the certificate, or type the number printed under it.
We check the register
The number is looked up in the programme’s own record of every certificate issued.
See the answer
You see at once whether it is valid, expired or revoked, with the holder’s name and the course.
Where to find the number
Look under the QR code
Each certificate has its own number. It is printed at the bottom, right under the QR code.
- On the certificate. Printed or downloaded as a PDF, the number sits under the QR code.
- In the learner app. Holders find every certificate, with its number and a share link, under My certificates.
- In this form. Most numbers look like PEI-2026-000123. Older certificates keep their original numbers.
What a check tells you
Enough to trust it, nothing more
It is genuine
The certificate was issued by the programme, to this person, for this course.
It is current
Whether it is still valid, has expired, or was withdrawn after it was issued.
It stays private
Only the name, course, dates and status are shown. No phone number, ID or address.
