Why we built it
Polio can only be stopped when every child is reached — and that starts with people who know what to do.
Parents and caregivers need clear, trustworthy answers about polio and the vaccine. Frontline workers need practical training before every campaign. Supervisors and managers need to know who has been trained, and where.
Polio LMS brings all of this together. It replaces the programme’s earlier learning site with one that works on any phone, in English and Urdu, and keeps track of training across the whole programme — from a union council to the national level.

Parents, caregivers, students and community influencers learn the facts about polio and vaccination in short, free courses.
Frontline workers
Vaccinators and community mobilisers complete the mandatory training for their role and area, with reminders before it is due.

UCMOs, AICs, district focal persons and training managers see who is trained in their area and follow up with those who are not.

Who runs Polio LMS
This learning platform is run by the Polio Eradication Programme. It offers free courses on polio and vaccination for the public, and training matched to each role and area for programme staff.
Courses work on low-end phones and slow connections, in English and Urdu.
